UAE investment will be in energy, technology and chips sectors
US President Donald Trump thanked the US$1.4 trillion investment in the United States over the next 10 years, announced this Thursday (15) by the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and stated that the two countries will work together. The speech was made during the Republican’s trip to the country.
“We will work hard to earn this investment. Our relationship could not get any better, it is already at the highest level it can be,” said Trump, who again mentioned that the US “has almost no inflation anymore.”“We will be your friend and partner. We appreciate your trust, it is the greatest investment ever made. You will be treated magnificently by us,” he added.
The UAE’s investment will be in the energy, technology and chip sectors. “We are keen to continue enhancing the friendship between our nations for the benefit of both,” Al Nahyan said.
